Incredibly damning report, just surprised as hell it saw the light of day. The only comment that can be made is "NO SHIT". Hopefully they can ID the PC crowd that manipulated the data and the reports to cover their obvious shortcomings in leadership and competence. After ID'ing them, perhaps nailing them to the stake.

Just goes to show you that when you get some mental midget blaming what went wrong to an "intelligence failure" or an "intelligence shortcoming". One would be well advised to assess that the "failure" or "shortcoming" being on the subsequent actions of the leadership and not on the actual Intelligence (be it raw data or detailed analysis) provided by the guys and gals working in the trenches.
