I'm stupefied that this was adjudicated as such in California. I can smell a class action lawsuit by all the mid valley farmers. I would in a heart beat. Why the gov't is not trying to recoup it's rental agreement money is also beyond me.

Nestle is just like the dope growers who steal the water for their pot grows in northern Cali. You would think for the PR value Nestle would of gone through a new permit and adjusted the payments for the water.
My only surprise is that the press covers this, the press is in the bag for kleptocracy just like the politicians, So Nestle obviously failed to pay the USA today schmucks with their mordida on time
