Scared of a tweet

Despite being a woman; mature, educated, empowered, she's fearful of a tweet. If that were true, Murkowski would not be in Congress today. Of course this is the same ilk who bought hook, line and sinker that a YouTube video, that most of north Africa/Arabia can't access, caused the September 2012 Benghazi attack coordinated by Ansar al-Sharia, an al Qaida affiliate. However, in the words of Hillary Clinton, "What does it matter!"

So is Murkowski irrational? Cognitive dissonance on display here? Does she fear the technology because she's no longer mature, or is it FOMO--the fear of missing out?
