Decision fatigue

Clearly my supervisors suffer this syndrome: In decision making and psychology: decision fatigue refers to the deteriorating quality of decisions made by an individual after a long session of decision making. It is now understood as one of the causes of irrational trade-offs in decision making.
Yes fellas, I'm in a class called "Culture Hacking" here at the big Big Agency and we're being directed to consider "decision fatigue". Now, I can almost see a computer having that problem, but a supposed leader? Someone paid big bucks to make decision, be in charge. Shoey, fells, I wish I had known this syndrome when I was in the Army. Could have solved a lot of overtime.
